What is the pre-camp evaluation?

The Pre-Camp Evaluation includes the following:

  1. We will give you an introduction to Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history. If there are any limitations to what you are capable of we will at that point ensure that all parties are aware so that you are tailoring the movements to fit your specific needs.
  2. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. To see improvement we must make sure that you are tracking the results of your hard work. The tracking mechanism that we use is completely self managed through the online SOLUTIONS program.
  3. We will also asses some basic movements and strength techniques so that you can see your personal improvements not only on the scale but through your whole life.
  4. You will work on the first day of camp, but it will be a relatively low level of intensity.
  5. See you at camp!

What do I need to bring to camp?

You will need to bring one set of hand weights, you choose the weight but most first time campers choose a 5 lb weight, and any type of exercise mat. You will want to dress in layers so as the workout begins you can remove layers and find the right temperature for you to exercise in. Make sure that you bring plenty of water so that as you sweat it out you can replace it. Finally, bring a great attitude. Success is the choices you make and the actions you take!

Will I be sore after camp?

In the old days you would hear "No Pain, No Gain."

Those days have come and gone! We know that anytime someone increases overall load on their body there may be soreness, especially in the first few days, but we can modify you workouts, increase hydration and increase stretching to help avoid that deep down soreness. That does not mean that you won't work your tail off, what it means is that our intention is not only to give you a great workout but to educate you on how to keep exercise fun and unintimidating. Make sure that when you do get sore that you take a minute before or after class and discuss it with your instructor.

What types of people typically attend camp?

People just like you go to camp! Whether you are looking for a comfortable environment to start exercising or need to get out of the gym for a little while you will find that Fit Club Boot Camp meets your requirements. The whole world knows that exercise and nutrition are ABSOLUTELY key to living a healthy lifestyle, and yet our education on them seems insufficient. The truth is that if being in shape were easy you would not need a gym, or Boot Camp. Let us help where you need it.

What is the refund policy?

If you run into issues that will not allow you to attend your scheduled Boot Camp, and your scheduled class has not started, we will allow you a refund in-full, less a $50 cancelation fee, or we can simply credit your account for the next Boot Camp that works with your schedule. If you run into issues when a camp has already began we will apply the outstanding prorated balance of your camp towards another Fit Club Boot Camp that works with your schedule. If you're on a contractual agreement our clients may cancel if they move, medical cancelletion, or army discharge. Valid proof will be required.

The only thing left to consider is whether you want to go for 3 day a week results or push it up to 5! You can do it.

What comes next after camp is over?

You can ask us at anytime to remeasure and assess you to see if you are maintaining your results or continuing to improve.
