There is a one-time processing fee of $49.00 for the 24-hour access card and the processing of your membership agreement. After you fill out the form below you can finish your registration by paying this one time fee through PayPal plus your first month fee of $9.99. The total amount with tax comes to $62.53. After you complete your registration you can come in and pickup your 24-hour membership card, setup your 1-hour orientation and payment plan.

Membership will automatically renew at $9.99/per month on a 24-month term.
