Qi Yoga

1 hour class 

(MATS REQUIRED, NOT SUPPLIED)

Qi Yoga is alignment based Vinyasa flow. This type of yoga integrates breath work, strength, increases energy throughout the day and has a calming, spiritual effect.

Monday: 6:30-7:30pm 

Thursday: 12:30-1:30pm

Saturday: 7:30am-8:30am

Zumba

1 hour class

One of the most popular dance classes in the nation, Zumba is a Latin inspired dance that has grown quickly since its inception in 2001. Zumba provides fun moves (no more counting the beat over music), high energy classes and an effective workout all to exotic Latin and international beats.

Monday: 5:30-6:30pm

Wednesday: 6:30-7:30pm

Friday: 12:00-1pm & 6:00-7:00pm

Hip Hop

1 hour class

Hip Hop classes incorporate new moves each week to funky beats with high energy. Movements are broken down and all skill levels are welcome! This class is fun, high energy and improves your dancing skills.

Tuesday: 6:30-7:30pm

Saturday- 12:00-1:00pm

Kickboxing & Turbo Kickboxing

1 hour class

If you’re looking for an intense, sweating pouring workout then kickboxing is for you! This hour long class includes static and aerobic stretching, shadow boxing, jump rope and combos. Come prepared to let out some aggression.

Saturday: 11:00am-12:00pm (Kickboxing Class)

Wednesday- 5:00-6:00pm (Turbo Kickboxing Class)

Piyo- 

1 hour class

PiYo Is a Journey. Are You Ready? PiYo is a class that combines Yoga Poses with Pilates mat exercises to build CORE strength and enhance agility and balance.  PiYo is a faster paced class than Gentle Yoga and provides a moderately challenging workout similar to Vinyasa (flow-style) yoga.

Monday- 10:00-11:00am
